Acting just like your very own training partner, the Timex Ironman Road Trainer will keep you on track with audible alerts and visual indicators tracking your heart rate against your target zone and post-exercise you can even recall your time in zone readings.  Users can choose to use one of five automatic target zones or create a custom heart rate zone.

The Timex Ironman Road Trainer includes many other valuable features such as a heart rate based calorie counter, recovery timer and the ability to display heart rate data as a percentage of your maximum heart rate or in beats per minute.

With a 50 Lap Memory Chronograph the Timex Ironman Road Trainer is capable of tracking your heart rate through a multiple lap session, whilst the Countdown Timer helps you train for the right amount of time.

Once your workout is complete you can recall and review your average, minimum and maximum heart rate readings, for both your overall workout and any individual laps you recorded.

To eliminate the possibility of Cross-Talk Interference with other heart rate monitors, the Timex Ironman Road Trainer uses Digital Transmission Technology between the watch and the chest belt.

Add the Timex Data Recorder 2, complete with Timex Trainer software, to this product to be able to download heart rate data to a PC and review your training sessions, track your progress and maximize workouts.
