Included is the new Flex Tech Heart Rate Strap, a comfortable chest belt made from an adjustable and flexible elastic strap, with a detachable transmitter. The transmitter uses an ANT+ compatible Digital 2.4GHz transmission signal to protect your heart rate data from cross talk.

As you would expect from a Timex chronograph the interval and countdown timers, are extensive and can create complex multi -interval sessions. Athletes can track their progress against pre -determined targets and finish -time goals using the built -in Performance Pacer, record up to an incredible 1000 laps of information thanks to the 20 -workout memory with dated summary and log multisport activities and transitions in one sequence with the Multisport Mode.
