The Timex HealthTouch heart rate monitor watch is an easy to use watch for fitness beginners without sacrificing the features and accuracy demanded by more advanced enthusiasts.

Using the new Timex Touch technology the Timex HealthTouch HRM can give you ECG (ElectroCardioGraph) accurate heart rate data without the need to wear a chest belt.

With an intuitive Target Zone the Timex HealthTouch HRM helps you train at the right intensity, by using both age and gender, to automatically calculate your optimum Heart Rate Zone. While an audible alarm will make sure you get the most out of your Heart Rate training.

In the Activity Mode of the Timex HealthTouch HRM you can keep track of the duration of your workout, and the Timex HealthTouch will calculate how many calories you have burned as you go.

And for those athletes who require a little more structure to there workouts, the Timex HealthTouch includes a stopwatch and a 99 hour countdown timer.
