This Reusable Hot & Cold Pack is used by health care professional for the treatment of a variety of ailments.

Use cold for the treatment of muscular, tendon and ligament injuries, reduction of oedema and muscular stiffness. Prior to use, the gel pack should be stored for approximately two hours in a freeze at minus 15 degrees C.

Used hot, increases the blood flow, elasticity and plasticity of collagen fibres - reducing pain. The gel pack can be heated in either hot water or in a microwave.
