The 30cm Hi Bounce Hurdle can be used to administer a simple testing protocol that will indicate a child's ability to maintain a low centre of gravity and maintain co-ordination whilst producing an explosive lateral jumping movement.

Moreover, the hurdle can be applied in a wide variety of drills and exercises to assist in the development of speed, power, agility, co-ordination, running & jumping mechanics, tumbling and plyometrics.

This particular design is based around a soft foam wedge shape, encased in an extremely tough and durable PVC cover. Made to withstand the rigours of day-to-day application in a primary and secondary school environment, this unique design provides a stable, yet flexible obstacle to run, hop, and jump over or around.
