The outstanding Reflotron Plus system from Roche is now available from fitnessASSIST.

The Reflotron Plus is a desktop diagnostic system that allows the quantitative determination of 17 clinical chemistry parameters.

Easy to operate and providing rapid results, this low maintenance system is suitable for either a single test or a short series of tests.

The wide range of parameters aids the diagnosis of diabetes, lipid disorders, kidney diseases, muscle diseases, anaemia, liver diseases, pancreatitis, gout and bone disorders.

The compact Reflotron Plus is equipped with three independent measuring units, allowing three tests to be performed in parallel.

Tests are performed quickly with results available within two to three minutes. This allows treatments to be administered promptly, improving patient care.

Results are shown on the built-in display and a separate keyboard allows results to be assigned to patients.

The Reflotron Plus can store up to 60 results with date and time while the integral printer allows users to print out results along with date, time and patient name or number.

It is also possible to download test data to a computer or laboratory information management system for more detailed processing.

The intelligent operation means that no calibration or reagent preparation is required, simply apply the patient’s blood sample to the reagent strip, insert into the device and wait for the result to be displayed.

The Reflotron Plus system also offers calculation of a patient’s heart risk, LDL  cholesterol, CHOL/HDL cholesterol ration and creatinine clearance.
